Approximately 500 uniformed public security officers stationed at the corner of Nguyen Du and Ly Tu Trong, as well as along Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street. Public security officers placed many fences in front of the main gate of the court.

The Bac Viet café shop across the street from the court is filled with plain clothed public security officers. They used newspapers to cover up their cameras and cam-recorders. The officers have stationed there since 7:00am to record the movement of people going in and out of the coffee shop and the area surrounding the court.

The situation is quite urgent. There is now in front of the court a big police truck, which is normally used to store anti-protest gears.

One witness stated: “this case is even tenser than the case of Nam Cam!”
