To all supporters inside Vietnam and abroad
On behalf of Pham Minh Hoang’s family, we would like to sincerely thank all the Vietnamese people from both inside Vietnam and abroad; friends and members of congress who have been actively expressing their concerns and supports regarding my husband’s case – by signing the petition to the UN Human Rights Council, European Union, ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights and Foreign Ministers of many democratic countries. This petition is to call for the release of my husband as well as of Pastor Duong Kim Khai, Ms. Tran Thi Thuy and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam.
We are truly appreciative of your understanding and support. It is very heartening to see such a response with so many signatures within a very short time. Seventeen thousands signatures is certainly a very strong voice in confirming what my husband and other democracy activists did was right. They were unjustly imprisoned for simply expressing their views.
