Viet Tan hosted a discussion with a panel of speakers from around the world to talk about the current tensions in the South China Sea, what the global risks are, and what implications it may have within the region. The panel of speakers includes:

  • Professor Tuong Vu; Head of the Political Science Department at the University in Oregon, USA.
